Owen Bandy, Pastor/Speaker/Author
A native of Surprise Valley in Modoc County, Owen Bandy has pastored churches around the west for 35 years. He has completed degrees in Theology as well as a Master’s in Divinity. He is the author of “The Glory and the Covenants: The Old and New Covenants According to the Apostle Paul.” Retired, but serving part time, he now spends his energies helping out in the Surprise Valley Seventh-day Adventist Church as well as the Alturas Seventh-day Adventist Church.
